Through being in the Integrator/Second in Command role several times, I have also gotten hands-on experience fixing problems, getting teams in alignment, increase communication, and hold teams accountable to ensure we reached our growth goals. Here is how I can help you achieve your goals and dreams for your business: - Coach you and your team on how to wrangle in your business so that you are in control and don't feel like the business is running you. - Train you and your team on the tools needed to set up a scalable business and achieve your growth goals. - I will customize the tools needed (tools may include Org Chart, Strategic Business Plan, effective meetings, Scorecards and Dashboards, Leadership and Management skills, Rocks/Goals, etc.) based on your pain points and goals. Different clients have different needs! Many of my clients want to lay a solid foundation through half-day or full-day coaching sessions. While the time commitment is big, the rewards are bigger: team alignment, increased communication, setting achievable goals that are met at least 80% of the time and so much more. Some clients may have already worked with an Implementer but the system just does not seem to work as well as they expected. I can fix that too! Through hourly coaching sessions I will evaluate what is working and not working (and why) and get you back on track.
