Customer service representative /English teacher/ Retention Team Lead

Hi, I'm Marlene, a native Spanish speaker. I studied English at the University. My work experience started as an English teacher; then almost the last 9 years, I've been working as a customer service representative in three different companies, one as a phone agent for Cricket, then I was working with Rise Credit as a phone, email, and chat agente. Currently, I've been working with Seis a Spanish banking online app first as agent, but then as Retention Team Lead/Supervisor. I like to be responsible and do my best in every single task that I'm assigned.
