Conrado F.

I'm a Product Manager and Electronic Engineer with 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and shipping products from zero to launch. What sets me apart? I don't just define the product, I can build it too. Every app in my portfolio started as my own idea, and I took it from concept to working product as both the PO and the builder. Recent work: → Designed and executing the full QA framework for an AI-driven sales platform (SalesBlue/Onix): scenario mapping across entry, flow, and edge-case layers, bug triage with severity levels, and smoke/regression test cadence — as sole QA/PO on the project. → Conceived, designed, and shipped 2 consumer app as Product Manager and builder: Trackr (fintech), Dealr (marketplace). → Led the full product development of an internal SaaS platform for a 2,000-person energy company — full lifecycle from discovery with engineers and stakeholders to deployment. → Served as Product Manager for an 8-person cross-functional team on CramerBot — an AI-powered trading bot built with React, Node.js, and Alpaca API. → Built and led a team of 30 for a 700-member professional association, owning roadmap, operations, and delivery end-to-end. What I bring to your project: ✓ Full product ownership — from idea and discovery to shipped product. ✓ Clear requirements and user stories your dev team can actually execute. ✓ Agile/Scrum facilitation — sprints, backlogs, standups, retros. ✓ Stakeholder alignment so everyone pulls in the same direction. ✓ MVP developing that cuts scope creep and ships on time. ✓ QA process design — test frameworks, bug triage, and severity systems that catch issues before they hit production If you need someone who can take your product chaos and turn it into a clear plan with real execution — let's talk :)
