Hello everybody! I would like to introduce myself as someone who is looking for my next big opportunity to be part of a great team and bring my experience working in the BPO industry for 9 years to be exact. I have worked for large companies with diverse teams and thrive when we help each other reach our goals, besides that I’m highly motivated, I'm always open to coaching and being mentored. I have experience providing support on calls, chats and emails and know how to be resourceful and organized with the information and resources available to do my job. I value and respect everybody’s time so being efficient is on the top of my list to deliver the best results possible for any task or duty given to me, I find being a team player fulfilling but I also know that sometimes we need to ship alone and I enjoy that too.
