I build education that creates meaningful impact. Over the past 15 years, my career has evolved from classroom teacher to curriculum leader, instructional designer and education product specialist. I have worked across government, independent and international schools before leading the design, development and delivery of large-scale curriculum programs for a national not-for-profit organisation. For the past three years, I led a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 curriculum developers, editors and subject matter experts, overseeing the design, development and quality assurance of curriculum across multiple learning areas from Foundation to Year 6. Beyond leading people, I developed curriculum frameworks, instructional models, quality assurance systems and evidence-based resources that supported teachers and improved learning outcomes at scale. My expertise spans the Australian Curriculum, International Baccalaureate (PYP), explicit instruction, Direct Instruction, cognitive science and AI-enhanced curriculum development. I enjoy translating educational research into practical, engaging learning experiences that are both pedagogically rigorous and scalable. What motivates me most is solving complex educational challenges. Whether leading teams, designing new education products, improving curriculum systems or mentoring educators, I enjoy bringing clarity, structure, and innovation to projects that make a genuine difference for learners. Having led multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations and time zones, I have extensive experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders. I thrive in remote environments and enjoy building strong relationships while delivering complex projects from concept through to implementation. I am currently seeking senior opportunities in curriculum leadership, learning design, education product development, and educational consulting where I can combine strategic thinking, instructional expertise, and collaborative leadership to shape the future of education.
