Kaitlin S.

Hi there! Looking for someone to get those final details on your book just right? I'm your gal! For the past few years I have been working as an editor, researcher, marketing project manager, and ghostwriter, offering both creatively detailed editing and research support. With postgraduate work from the University of St. Andrews, the UK's leading university for creative writing, I bring a wealth of expertise to every project. I have written hundreds of manuscripts, articles, essays, and two master’s dissertations. My teaching memoir was shortlisted for the Plaza Prize's 2024 Memoir Prize, and both my memoir and the novel I wrote for my master’s thesis are currently being submitted to agents and publishers. In addition to my writing and editing experience, I have taught and supported hundreds of individuals in their writing journeys. I am highly motivated, detail-oriented, and consistently meet deadlines. I also own Snowdrop Press, an online self-publishing house specializing in romance and mystery novels. If you need someone dedicated and professional, I’m your gal! My rates are $50 per hour or $0.03-$0.10 per word (depending on the type of project). My turnaround time is usually 2-4 days for 10,000 edited words and 7-10 days for 10,000 ghostwritten words.
