RESULTS I'VE DELIVERED • Led a 25-person disaster recovery team that restored production servers after a cyberattack for a confidential organization. • Migrated a company data center between sites with zero data loss and zero downtime for employees. • Cut ECM solution deployment time from 2 months to 3 days (over 90%). • Built an enterprise IBM ECM platform: 6 FileNet servers and 2 Datacap servers. • Designed and implemented an SD-WAN model for remote sites over 4G/5G/satellite links. • Led a team of 20–50 IT professionals on a project delivered in Oman.
