I’m Ayme, a bilingual (Spanish-English) Executive Assistant and Community Manager with 3+ years of experience supporting leaders, events, and online communities. I am passionate about helping leaders and clients feel supported, and I’ve had the pleasure of doing this remotely for Dream Out Loud, an Australia-based company. I started as Executive Assistant to the CEO, managing his calendar, inbox, priorities, travel bookings, and podcast guest scheduling, and giving him regular overviews of the business. Within a few months, I was moved to Community Manager. I pride myself on delivering well-organized work with a high level of detail and care, whether it’s for clients or internal teams. I have experience handling payments and contracts, event communications and RSVPs, client conversations, and monthly newsletters in GoHighLevel CRM, as well as creating community content on Skool. Before that, I started my career as a Virtual Assistant, organizing events, coordinating vendors, and managing business and personal tasks, with a strong background in project organization using Notion, ClickUp, and Asana. I also spent two years as a volunteer at AWR-CDE in the Philippines, where I handled customer support and coordinated projects from start to finish with designers, videographers, and developers, including a music video, humanitarian projects. I’m proud of improving systems for operations. I noticed where client information and finances were scattered, so I built a client portal and payment tracker that keeps everything in one place, and I used it every day to make the work run more smoothly. What I value the most is my experience working abroad and remotely with diverse cultures has made me a strong team player who adapts to any circumstance, and I would welcome the opportunity to bring my skills to your team and contribute to your ongoing projects.
