Naeem A.

I build AI systems and automations for business to optimize operations and save time Most of my work falls into three areas: - 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬: I recently built an inbound communications platform for a US law firm on AWS Bedrock, Amazon Connect and Nova Sonic. The system handles client intake calls, captures the details and routes qualified leads to their management workflow. Multi tenant system with proper logging and human fallback. I also work with Vapi, Retell and ElevenLabs when those are a better fit for the budget or timeline - 𝐑𝐀𝐆 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐈: Knowledge assistants over a client's own documents and data with citations and guardrails so the answers can be trusted. I pick the retrieval setup based on the use case. I have used this in production for legal intake, customer support and internal knowledge bases. - 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬: Connecting LLMs to the systems a business already runs on. I've done this for e commerce operations on Amazon Vendor Central and SP-API for inbound communications platforms and for ops teams. Work involves Airtable, BigQuery, AWS Lambda, Stripe and similar tools, with an LLM in the middle doing classification, extraction, summarization or decisioning. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: - Fixed scope, fixed price, weekly demos. I would rather tell you upfront if a project is the wrong fit than take it on and miss the mark Most of my clients have been on Upwork for years and have worked with several developers before me. The reviews on this profile reflect that. If you have a specific use case, send me the details and I will tell you whether I can help and what it would cost
