I build the logic first, then wire your existing tools together so the work just happens. A few examples of what that's looked like: - For an entertainment and DJ agency, I removed hours of manual data entry every week and lifted their lead follow-up rate from under 40% to over 85%. - For an emergency-services software company, I cut the sales director's lead research from around 10 hours a week to a fraction of that and roughly tripled the qualified leads coming through. - For my own AI product, I built a pipeline that analysed 50,000+ Amazon listings and cut review time from 30 minutes to 90 seconds an item, while holding 98% accuracy. How I work I start with the business logic and connect whatever tools fit the job. More than building one-off workflows, I design the whole system: how the pieces fit, where the data flows, and what happens when something changes later. That instinct to think in architecture comes from running my own e-commerce agency and building my own AI product end to end, where I made the build-versus-buy calls myself. When there's no ready-made connector, I'm happy working directly with APIs to find the most efficient path for your data. n8n is my engine of choice for complex builds, but I've spent years in Zapier and work across CRMs, databases, document tools and messaging.
