I fix and look after Linux servers for small teams that don't have a full-time ops person. Most jobs I get look something like this: a site started throwing 502 or 403 errors after a migration, SSL is broken somewhere between Cloudflare and the origin, deploys are still done by hand, or a server is slow and nobody knows why. I find the real cause, fix it, and write down what I changed so you're not stuck depending on me afterwards. A few things I've worked on: - At Realtyna (real estate SaaS) I looked after 100+ client websites on AWS with LiteSpeed and WHM/cPanel, set up Prometheus and Grafana monitoring, and moved about 180 TB of files from S3 to Wasabi with a script that checked every file before deleting the original. - For a social media management platform I ran the Google Cloud side (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GitHub Actions deploys) and wrote a big part of the Laravel API. - I run my own small group of servers in several countries: NGINX, Docker, Cloudflare DNS handled through the API, and Telegram alerts when something goes down. I started out in 2017 as a PHP/Python backend developer, so if the problem turns out to be in the app and not the server, I can read the code and fix that too. What I use most: Ubuntu/Debian, NGINX, LiteSpeed, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, PHP/Laravel, Python.
