Katie M.

Hi, I'm KT! With a background in product and operations, I am known as a "swiss army knife" of skills. I have 10+ years of experience in being the go-to problem solver and love finding creative solutions that is best for all. Being a one-person product team, I have experience in almost all areas of product and operations that nearly any team can benefit from. From creation of prototypes/mock ups, building process workflow maps, end user testing, automating manual work, providing detailed scoping on tasks, roadmapping, and more, I'd love to know what gaps are currently missing from your team and how I can best help.
