I've been working the last 7 years mostly with IT startups and IT product companies and my main areas of expertise: ✔️ Professional vacancy intake (getting to know a company and a hiring manager, the product and industry, determine candidate’s profile and create a job description); ✔️ Sourcing (I have a huge candidates database, as well as I always source new ones, using LinkedIn; Github; Stack Overflow; Boolean Search; X-Ray; Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder; networking; etc); ✔️ Screening and Selecting (CVs screening, call interviews, realistic job previews in order to show the client only the relevant candidates. I also pay a lot of attention on candidates’ soft skills so they match your team’s values); ✔️ Interviewing (organize, conduct and facilitate interviews and use an interview guide to structure the process). On top of that I can help with: ▪️ negotiating offer terms with candidates; ▪️ gathering references; ▪️ following up with the candidate until their first work day in your company; ▪️ job market and salary analytics; ▪️ making a health check of your recruitment processes; ▪️ setting up a recruiting team and its processes.
