I came up through infrastructure: Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix, RDS/AVD, Cisco networking, PowerShell, and identity. When a SharePoint or Power Automate project touches Entra ID, Exchange, networking, or a line-of-business system, I do not stop at the boundary. I build custom AI agents that plug into business processes, and I will tell you honestly where AI reduces effort versus where conventional automation is the more durable answer. How I Work ──────── I operate as a solutions architect, not just an implementer. Clients rarely arrive with every requirement defined, so part of my job is shaping the solution: advising on structure, security, scalability, governance, and adoption so the system works in the real world and stays maintainable after I hand it over. I run Analog365, a small U.S.-based Microsoft consultancy, so you get senior attention with a team behind it.
