Carolina L.

Hi, I'm Carolina. I'm a bilingual (English-Spanish) Project & Operations Manager with 7+ years of experience helping founders bring structure, clarity, and momentum to growing businesses. Most founders I work with are juggling a lot of moving pieces. Processes live in people's heads, projects keep getting pushed back, and day-to-day operations start taking attention away from growth. That's where I come in. I help organize workflows, create systems, manage projects, and bring order to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business running smoothly. Some of the ways I can support you: • Operations & workflow management • SOP creation and process improvement • Team coordination and communication • Project and launch management • Scheduling, calendars, and administrative support • Founder support and operational oversight Over the years, I've supported wellness, e-commerce, and purpose-driven businesses by building systems, coordinating teams, and helping turn ideas into reality. What clients often appreciate most is that I bring both structure and calm to the way I work. My background in medicine taught me to think systematically and solve problems under pressure, while over a decade of meditation and yoga practice has shaped how I communicate, collaborate, and support others. Behind every successful project is a vision someone cares deeply about. If you're building something you're excited about and need support bringing structure and momentum to it, I'd love to learn more and explore how I can help bring it to life.
