I design and deploy AI agents and automation systems that run business operations without constant human intervention. My own product, Parsely, uses Claude API inside n8n to extract structured data from complex PDF documents for Australian disability service providers. I built the prompt architecture, the extraction logic, and the edge case handling for real-world documents: inconsistent formatting, missing fields, multi-page layouts. The system outputs clean structured data with confidence scoring, ready for downstream processing. That's not a demo. It's production software handling real documents for real businesses. Before Parsely, I was brought on as an assistant for a real estate and disability services operation. Within weeks I'd mapped their entire workflow and started replacing manual steps with automated systems. By the end of the engagement I'd designed and built their full operational backbone: client onboarding, service tracking, team communications, and invoicing. The client didn't hire me to build that. I saw the inefficiency, scoped the solution, and shipped it. That pattern is what I do.
