I design and build business systems in Notion and Coda for founders, agencies, and growing teams — from CRMs and project management systems to operational workspaces, dashboards, SOP hubs, and client portals. With 7+ years of experience, I’ve built 50+ custom business systems and 200+ templates for different workflows and industries. Top Rated Plus | 100% Job Success | Notion Advanced Certified I can help you build or improve: • Business Operations Systems • CRM & Sales Pipelines • Project & Task Management Systems • Client & Team Workspaces • Dashboards & Reporting • SOPs, Wikis & Knowledge Bases • Recruiting & HR Systems • Finance & Operations Tracking • Client Portals • Notion or Coda Workspace Architecture • Workspace Restructuring & Optimization • Migration to Notion or Coda • Workflow Automation with Make and Google Workspace My work usually starts with understanding how your business actually operates. Instead of simply creating pages and databases, I map the workflow, define the right structure and relationships, and build a system that your team can realistically use every day. Recent projects include: • A complete Notion operating system connecting contacts, meetings, tasks, documents, and internal workflows • CRM and project management systems for service businesses and agencies • Client portals and operational dashboards for marketing and podcast teams • Recruiting dashboards with vacancy, candidate, recruiter, and performance analytics • Business systems combining projects, tasks, clients, finances, documents, and meetings I work primarily with Notion and Coda, and can also integrate systems with Make, Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools when needed. If your current workspace feels fragmented, difficult to maintain, or dependent on people remembering what to do next, I can help turn it into a clear and scalable system.
