Amelie G.

I am a German native living in the United States and I am a certified middle school teacher. At University I have accumulated numerous academic skills that are useful in a variety of branches: I can teach and communicate with people of different age groups and cultural backgrounds. I am fluent in English and German, have excellent attention to detail and strong spelling and grammar knowledge combined to make me a terrific candidate for proofreading or reviewing jobs. Additionally I have multiple teaching as well as psychology and pedagogy degrees from the University of Regensburg (Bavaria, Germany). I therefore am a great candidate for tutoring jobs as well. A proofreading job for me involves careful review of textbook articles, websites and other types of texts prior to publication or in order to optimize the content. My terrific attention to detail and strong grammar skills have allowed me to catch many errors. Additionally I have good time management and organization skills. I keep careful track of all deadlines and am able to motivate myself to complete all proofreading or reviewing work on time in order to meet deadlines. I also do very thorough product and website reviews and use my excellent vocabulary to give future customers a detailed impression of each product.
