My name is Jell Rose Mijares, I've been freelancing for almost a year, as a real estate virtual assistant. I've been to 4 corporate companies in my previous job, being in a corporate world helps me how to communicate with different characters of the clients/customers it challenge your patience every day. But you know why, it helps me to adjust, how you will overcome, on how to deal with them. It takes a lot of patience and understanding, I always remind myself that maybe that specific person has a problem with their life that's why they're like that. You have to change your perspective and understand them. I am motivated with this quote " The best mindset for achieving your goals is to be comfortable being uncomfortable". Because I know that if you want to get better at something or achieve an arduous goal, you must get out of your comfort zone and endure the pain to gain. That's why one of the reasons why I am applying this is that i want to challenge myself even if sometimes I really can't communicate well, and an introvert at the same time but i want to see the best version of myself by starting doing this and communicate with other nationalities.
