James C.

As a certified executive coach, I am putting my experience and life lessons to work, helping to impact the success of a new generation of leaders and executives. Equal parts strategy, operations, and technology have given me a career of breadth and depth, both of which I'm grateful for. As an active listener and lifetime learner, I have successfully adapted across the domains of healthcare, higher education, academic medicine, and technology. Leadership is my passion and embracing servant leadership has been the most impactful part of my career evolution. Leaders serve people, people form teams, and teams do amazing work!
