I connect ERP and CRM systems and turn their data into reports people trust. Recent work: a live SAP Business One DI API posting service and Odoo to Power BI KPI dashboards. Most reporting problems are not a chart problem. They are a plumbing problem: the data is trapped in an ERP or CRM, it does not reconcile, and the flow between tools keeps breaking. I fix the full chain, from connecting your systems to putting AI on top of them, as one person, so nothing gets lost in the handoffs.
