Thank you for reviewing my profile. I believe that when you receive payment from a client, you have to ask whether the value you delivered equals the value the customer expected. I believe my “Top Rated” ranking on Upwork reflects the value I have delivered. The majority of my work centers on two areas: proposal management and business communication. A tertiary area is Process Analysis and Redesign, which was central to my former consulting profession. Proposal Management I can provide value by responding to RFIs/RFPs and managing the entire life cycle, from the intake of RFIs/RFPs through to proposal submission. Business Communication I can provide value by improving the appearance of the document or presentation through formatting and design. I also focus on improving the reader’s access to information through the TOC and hyperlinks. I typically work on SOPs, contracts, reports, policy guidelines, employee manuals, and training materials. I enjoy working with teams where mutual contributions can increase the value of the project we are working on. I am well-organized and efficient, with a detailed focus on my projects. With years of experience across multiple industries, I have developed a robust skill set that I bring to every project. I am driven to help my clients meet their needs and achieve their goals. I work 30 hrs. a week and sometimes on weekends when deadlines need to be met. I work across all North American time zones, adjusting my workday to my customers’ needs.
