Hi! My name is Carlos, and I consider myself a proactive, enthusiastic person who's highly motivated to learn, grow, and work as part of a team. I'm currently studying engineering in college, and I’m excited to explore job opportunities that align with my skills and interests. Most of my work experience has been in customer service and sales, mainly in call centers. One of my roles focused on mobile phone financing services—handling customer calls for hours, solving issues with devices, and making sure clients were satisfied with our support. It really taught me how to stay focused, patient, and professional under pressure. And also, to work with CRM software’s. In another role, I worked in tech sales, helping big companies protect their devices. I generated leads, reached out to IT department heads, and offered complete protection packages. It was a very effective and result-driven job that helped me develop strong communication and persuasion skills. I'm confident in my customer service abilities, problem-solving, and multitasking. I also work well with Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I'm always eager to learn new things and take on challenges that help me grow personally and professionally
