Building an AI demo is relatively easy. Making it reliable in production is a different engineering challenge. I work on the systems that make AI agents dependable, including durable execution, audit trails, retries, failure recovery, and human-in-the-loop workflows. I've worked on both sides of the table: as an engineer responsible for delivering critical systems and as a founder responsible for making technical decisions with limited resources, tight deadlines, and real business consequences.
