Grace M.

I help small businesses turn stalled ideas into working AI-powered systems. PMP-certified project manager: 100% Job Success, $100K+ earned, 2,400+ hours across healthcare, education, and tourism. Recent builds: - Led a 6 month booking platform migration for a multi-city tour company: tours, guides, email flows, and live bookings moved with zero disruption to operations - Designed an AI research pipeline with formal quality gates for a healthcare education company, surfacing 8 to 10 validated needs per research cycle - Built an AI assisted grant development pipeline that cut proposal timelines from months to weeks while keeping ideation fully human owned - Custom Claude and MCP automations that close the gaps off-the-shelf software leaves: guest communications, alerts, scheduling, reporting I specialize in the space between "we should use AI for this" and a system your team actually adopts: scoping, tool selection, build, documentation, and training. Admin-level Monday, Notion, Asana, and Zapier. Healthcare education, EdTech, pharma-compliant digital production, and two-sided marketplace operations. I will also tell you when AI is not the answer. Not everything connects. Not every process needs automation. Part of what you are paying for is judgment, not hype. If you have a project stuck on the back burner, a process slower than it should be, or a tool you bought but never adopted, start with a paid consultation or the AI Readiness Audit in my catalog.
