I am A Civil Engineer with Experience in several design software like AUTOCAD AUTOCIVIL3D ETABS, SAP 2000, and Sketchup, Among others. Due to the experience I have had during my professional career I got the opportunity to work for American companies where I designed the Civil side of solar energy parks. It means I have a strong and professional knowledge of the civil 3D program, ArcGIS as well as Bentley in the usage of flow master and Pond pack software. On the other hand, I have experience performing customer service positions, so I have developed soft skills, learning to know and differentiate each context and type of person to handle the situation. In addition, I also have developed writing skills that allow me to perform in a position where is required to write and compose a variety of texts that comes from professional text to colloquial texts.
