I help small and midsize businesses organize their operations and reduce manual work. If your team copies data between spreadsheets, chases updates by email, or works around tools that don't connect, I design and build the system behind the process: how information is structured, how tasks move between people, and how the tools fit together. Over the past few years, I've worked on systems covering financial reporting, customer management, bookings, documents, and internal operations. That experience helps me understand how a change in one part of a process can affect the rest. MY EXPERIENCE INCLUDES • Financial data and reporting Transaction-data processing, reconciliation, multi-currency cash reporting, and accounting-system integrations. • Customer, membership, and booking systems Client records, onboarding, contracts, billing, resource allocation, and integrations with physical-access systems. • Documents and reporting submissions Document generation, collection, review, signatures, and expiry tracking, along with data validation and XML preparation for education reporting. • Product data and AI-assisted workflows Collecting, cleaning, matching, and enriching information from multiple sources, with business rules and validation around AI-generated results. • Custom portals and internal tools Customer and staff interfaces for managing requests, approvals, documents, tasks, and progress. HOW I APPROACH A SYSTEM I start by understanding the current process: where information comes from, who is responsible for each step, which rules apply, and where work gets delayed or repeated. I look at the exceptions as well as the usual workflow. Then I work out what needs to change. Sometimes that means simplifying an existing setup. Other times, it means connecting applications or building a custom system. The recommendation depends on your requirements, budget, and what your team already uses. I consider the data structure, business logic, permissions, and dependencies together, including how the system can be maintained and extended as the business grows. TOOLS AND IMPLEMENTATION I regularly work with Airtable, n8n, Make, Google Workspace, databases, and APIs. My integration experience includes QuickBooks, Alta, Zoho Sign, Asana, and payment platforms. My coding background also allows me to add custom logic or functionality when the standard tools don't cover a requirement. The work includes testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements. I also have experience supporting WordPress and WooCommerce sites, including checkout and integration issues, performance improvements, and security reviews.
