I build AI agents and automated workflows that talk to your customers and actually get work done, and I manage the project around them as a PMP-certified technical project manager with 15+ years of software delivery. Recent builds: - Voice and messaging agent for accounting firms: clients call or message to request their documents, the agent verifies their identity, finds the right document and sends it to their registered account. Incoming documents are read, OCR'd and matched to the right client automatically, and clients with missing documents get scheduled reminders based on filing deadlines. Matching is rule-based, not left to the LLM, and it had zero wrong matches across a 67-document test set. Built with Python, FastAPI, Vapi, ElevenLabs, Telegram and OCR, deployed to the cloud and tested on-site at an accounting firm with real documents. - Voice agent for a car service center: answers calls, checks repair status, books service appointments, and logs every call with transcript and summary on a dashboard. I cut voice response time from 3.4 s to 385 ms and compared Vapi, Retell and ElevenLabs on speed and cost per minute. Built with Vapi, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, OpenAI, Supabase and NextJS. - E-commerce finance and inventory control panel for my own pet food business on Trendyol: pulls orders, returns and payouts from the Trendyol API every hour, imports e-invoices, checks supplier invoices against the agreed price list, matches orders to invoices, and calculates stock, supplier balance, marketplace fees, ad spend and net profit. Built with TypeScript, Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2. Went from requirements to production in two days, passing all 12 acceptance tests on real data. AI workflows I use and build: - Meetings to tasks: Fireflies transcribes and summarizes, Claude turns the discussion into structured ClickUp tasks through MCP, so nothing gets lost between the call and the action items. - Email to spreadsheet: Zapier and the ChatGPT API scan incoming emails for invoices and subscriptions and log the platform and amount to Excel automatically. - Voice receptionist with booking: a Vapi agent connected through a Make webhook to Cal, checking availability and creating bookings during the call.
