I worked at Concentrix for 5 years. I started as an Outbound agent, then applied to be SME (Subject Matter Expertise). I was a great SME with the new agents thay honored me as Team Captain. After that i grew as Tram leader and Transition Leader which is the responsable of the nesting area and the future supervisors. During those 5 years i learn how to deal with the different personalities, take desition under pressure and solve problems taking ownership. Some of my responsabilities as Transition Leader were teach SME team how to coach effectively, creat action plans to reach oir goals, execute and give follow up to the special cases New Hired had. Also, provide visibility to the person who were involve on the growing path of New Hired.
