Leonardo Nicolas B.

I help businesses build relationships with prospects, follow up with leads, book qualified appointments, and provide reliable customer support in Spanish. My experience includes sales conversations, answering questions, handling objections, and keeping prospects engaged throughout the buying process. I work with Miguel Buitrago at Genio Lector, where I support prospects and students of the Lectura Subconsciente program within a Skool community of over 38,000 members. I also provide technical support for Héctor González, known as Mr. Hache. Since 2016, I have run a supplement import business in Bolivia, gaining hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business operations. I also work as a vehicle broker, coordinating purchases through U.S. auctions such as Copart and IAAI. I can help you with: • Instagram outreach and lead follow-up • Lead qualification and appointment setting • Customer service and technical support • CRM organization and prospect tracking • Support for online programs and communities I am an architecture professional, which has strengthened my attention to detail, organization, and understanding of client needs. I am a native Spanish speaker with a good command of English. My background includes over 20 years in BMX, including four years professionally, and I currently train for HYROX. That experience has taught me consistency, discipline, and how to apply feedback—qualities I bring to my work every day. If you need someone who communicates clearly, follows your process, and takes care of your prospects and customers, let’s talk.
