I have been singing since 2006, with a passion for classic rock and pop hits from the 50s, 60s, and 90s. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in live performances, recording, and collaborating with other musicians. In addition to my musical talents, I also have expertise in architecture, construction, and design. As an architecture student, I have gained a comprehensive understanding of architecture principles, drafting, model-making, and CAD. Furthermore, I have experience as an architect, foreman, and designer for luxury house construction projects. I have overseen construction sites and worked closely with contractors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. My skills in graphic design, rendering, and 3D modeling software allow me to create mockups and design plans that accurately reflect the client's vision. Aside from my experience in the construction industry, I also have skills in translation and bidding/tenders. I am fluent in Spanish, which allows me to translate audio, video, and text content to Spanish for a wider audience. I have also worked on bidding and tenders for construction and drywall projects, where I have honed my negotiation and proposal writing skills.
