Emmanuel A.
Apparel & Promotional Product Specialist | InkSoft, DecoNetwork | PIM
If you run a print, promo or apparel shop, you already know the webstore is where things quietly pile up. A school wants spirit wear by Friday. A company needs its employee store refreshed before the next event. Two hundred designs need sorting before a single customer can place an order. None of it is hard on its own, but all of it at once is how good shops fall behind. That's the work I love taking off people's plates. I build and manage online stores for decorated apparel and promotional product businesses, mostly on InkSoft, OrderMyGear, Chipply, DecoNetwork. I've set up branded corporate storefronts, school spirit wear stores with preloaded designs organized by school, custom landing pages, blank product catalogs and pricing. I didn't start here. I began as a virtual assistant handling ecommerce backend tasks for small businesses, and apparel work kept finding its way to me. Somewhere between matching supplier colors and fixing size upcharges, I realized this was the corner of ecommerce I actually enjoyed. So I made it my focus. The other half of my work is product information management. Behind every store that runs smoothly is a catalog that was set up properly. I've managed supplier product data in Stibo STEP for a vendor selling through AAFES, and I build and maintain catalogs in Plytix, handling attributes, variants, categories, and listings that retailers and marketplaces will actually accept. WHAT I CAN HELP YOU WITH Apparel Webstores - Team stores, company stores, spirit wear and fundraiser stores, built from scratch or cloned from an existing one - Product uploads from suppliers like SanMar and S&S Activewear, with the right colors, sizes and decoration options - Pricing matrices, quantity breaks and size upcharges set up so you don't lose margin on every 2XL - Signage and print items like banners and business cards - Store cleanup, closing out old stores, and keeping active ones updated Product Data & PIM My skills include: - Migration from other PIM tool to Plytix, Salsify, Syndigo and Sales Layer - Attribute and variant mapping - Category and hierarchy setup - Image sourcing and uploads - Attribute creation & mapping - Bulk product upload - Creating and updating variations - Catalog health checks and ongoing management - Preparing product data that retailers and marketplaces will actually accept Platforms InkSoft is where I've done most of my work, including a full branded storefront for a large corporate client. I'm building the same depth on OrderMyGear, DecoNetwork and Chipply, and I'm happy to learn the exact way your shop has things set up. I'm also experience in Plytix, Salsify, Syndigo, Sales Layer and among others. HOW I WORK I'm not the loudest freelancer on here, and I won't promise you the moon. What you can expect from me is pretty simple. I check the details before your store goes live, I tell you early when something doesn't look right, and I keep you updated so you never have to chase me for progress. A couple of past clients recorded video reviews about working with me. You'll find them on my profile, and they'll tell you more than I can. LET'S TALK If you've got a store to launch, a catalog that's gotten out of hand, or webstore work you'd rather hand off, send me a message. I'd be glad to hear what you're working on. Tell me which platform you're on and what's going on, and I'll give you an honest answer about how I'd handle it.
