Now onto the full explanation of what my team and I can do for you: 1.) Flows We build flows across the full customer lifecycle, including welcome series, browse abandonment, abandoned cart, checkout abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, and sunset flows. Each flow includes the copy, design, segmentation, conditional splits, and send-time logic. For existing accounts, we can rebuild or optimize current flows based on their revenue and conversion data. 2.) Campaign Management We can handle campaign strategy and execution from start to finish, including the campaign calendar, product launches, promotions, seasonal and BFCM campaigns, and ongoing campaigns that keep your list engaged and LTV high. We write and design every email, build the segments, and schedule the sends. We can segment the list based on engagement, purchase history, lifecycle stage, AOV, LTV, RFM data, and many other metrics. When we manage campaigns we A/B test subject lines, designs, offers, and send times, and provide ongoing reporting. We also manage deliverability on an ongoing basis, including list hygiene, sunset policies, spam complaint and bounce rate monitoring, and sender reputation management. 3.)
