Ross N.

I am a tech entrepreneur always looking for new and exciting opportunities to work with passionate people and build something new and unique. My background is in Mechatronic engineering with a focus on automation but spend my time now working with startups and developing apps. I have worked with multiple startups, including a couple of my own, as a developer but have also got my hands stuck in all facets of the business. From finding market fit, to engaging with users, startup accounting and speaking to investors I have done it all and learnt many valuable skills on along the way. I develop mobile and web apps using an incredible tool called FlutterFlow. This program allows developers to quickly and easily bring ideas to life with a very elegant solution. I have been using FlutterFlow since 2021 when it was still a very basic program and watched it upgrade to the crazy solution that is today. My long term experience with FlutterFlow truly sets me apart as a developer, although this tool is very easy to use you can quickly find yourself in trouble with a slow lagging app that crashes if you do not know what you are doing. A large part of creating very user friendly apps is having a strong backend and this is key when developing on FlutterFlow. My work as a developer then also extends to making neat backend functions that move the heavy processing off the users device and into the backend where it can happen behind the scenes. This then extends to work that cannot be directly linked to the apps but more to automation and creating API connections to link useful third parties. If you would like to have a chat about startup strategy in the tech industry, app development or automation then please feel free to contact me. I am always happy to hear about what new and exciting things are happening in this space!
