Mikhail S.

I’m a residential drafter specializing in architectural drafting, floor plans, residential remodeling, and 3D rendering using Chief Architect X17. I help homeowners, builders, interior designers, and other professionals turn sketches, PDFs, existing plans, measurements, and markups into accurate drawings, detailed 3D models, architectural visualizations, and construction-related documentation. My work covers both the technical and visual sides of residential projects. I can take existing project information, develop or refine it, work through revisions, and produce clear drawings and realistic 3D renderings for design development, construction coordination, and client presentation. I can help with: • 2D residential floor plans and existing-plan revisions • Converting sketches, PDFs, measurements, scans, and reference drawings into clean plans • Residential additions, renovations, remodeling, and layout development • Interior space planning and layout refinement • Kitchen, bathroom, cabinetry, and furniture layouts • Elevations, sections, details, and construction-related drawings • Construction document preparation based on existing designs and project requirements • Redlines, revisions, and drawing updates • 3D architectural modeling and visualization • Interior and exterior photorealistic renderings • Presentation-ready 3D floor plans and design visuals I primarily work in Chief Architect X17, with additional experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max. Many of my projects start with existing drawings, sketches, PDFs, measurements, reference images, or an incomplete design rather than a finished set of plans. I am comfortable reviewing the available information, identifying what needs to be developed or revised, and working through the project step by step to produce an organized and accurate result. My experience includes residential floor plans, interior layouts, kitchens and bathrooms, renovation projects, additions, detailed drawing sets, and architectural visualization. I have also worked on projects requiring more developed construction documentation, including dimensions, elevations, sections, details, and drawing revisions prepared for further project and permit review. I focus on accuracy, clear communication, organized revisions, and dependable delivery. Whether you need an existing plan recreated, a residential layout developed, drawings refined, construction documentation prepared, or a project visualized in 3D, feel free to send me what you have and I can review the project and determine the best way to move it forward.
