Currently specializing himself in the new Brazilian "Digital ECA", Lukas studies the field of Tech Law since the beginning of his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at the Brazilian Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) in 2011. He had a visiting scholar period during his LL.B studies at University of Lisbon's school of law, where he had the chance to study under Professor José de Oliveira Ascensão. Back in Brazil, he now holds a Master's Degree (M.Sc.) from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), due to his studies on AI Authorship. Lukas is also an LL.M. in IP and Technology at the American University Washington College of Law.
