During my tenure, I have negotiated and drafted contracts with Fortune 500 companies, assisting clients with every aspect of their transactions, and have been working with various technology companies since the beginning of my tenure. I have also represented and assisted other law firms and other attorneys in both litigation and administrative matters. Over the years, I have managed legal projects and mentored new attorneys. I have also had considerable success in the administrative matters I've handled, including the regulation of businesses by governing bodies, EEOC matters, Social Security and disability matters, and immigration cases.
