Anya S.

Passionate perfectionist and yarnspinner. Whether it's an academic paper on the love lives of toads, a collection of non-linear short stories, a blog about cheeses, or the next great American novel, I can offer a swift, expert copyedit. But my specialty is in analysis and developmental editing: I see the things in your work that are often too easy to miss, whether it's strengthening a delightful element you'd overlooked, or catching a misplaced character arc before it makes it out the door. I'm also triple major in French, English Literature, and Historical Research, so you know I'm an overachiever willing to go to any lengths if it involves the written word. For years, I've helped authors reach new heights in their writing, overcome writing struggles and fears, and go on to be published, confident, and proud. As a trained historian and English fanatic, not only can I help you get your work publisher ready, but I can help you with the research side of writing, crafting detailed worlds and consistent character arcs while giving you the skills to build your stories piece by piece. Let's connect and chat about how we can work together!
