Hello and welcome. My name is Uzair, and I am a Mechanical Engineer with 7 to 8 years of combined experience across North America and international engineering teams. My work spans advanced product design, CAE and simulation, manufacturing support and end to end development of mechanical systems for a wide range of industries. Over the years, I have worked closely with engineering groups, research organizations and private product development firms where I was responsible for complete design cycles, simulation driven optimisation and final validation of components. I have been heavily involved in FEA and CFD based decision making for structural, thermal and fluid systems while supporting both R&D and production environments. My technical skillset includes SolidWorks, CAD and CAM workflows, Creo Parametric, Ansys Mechanical, Fluent, COMSOL, CFD analysis, Finite Element Analysis, Design for Manufacturing and detailed engineering documentation. I also bring strong experience in technical writing, 3D rendering, tolerance stack ups, engineering drawings and GD&T. I focus on clear, reliable engineering output. My approach is simple.
