M&A & Due Diligence: CIM review, QoE support, EBITDA/SDE normalization, working capital analysis, debt capacity, deal screening, risk flagging, IOI/LOI support, buyer/seller diligence and deal structuring. 2. Financial Modeling & Valuation: 3-statement models, DCF, LBO and acquisition models, financial projections, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and business valuation. 3. Strategic Finance & FP&A: Budgeting, rolling forecasts, liquidity and runway analysis, profitability analysis, KPI reporting, cash-flow planning and management/investor reporting. 4. Private Equity & Capital Structures: Sources & uses, debt schedules, DSCR, GP/LP waterfalls, private credit models, capital stacks and investor return analysis. 5. Real Estate & Project Finance: Acquisition and development underwriting, IRR/NPV analysis, cap-rate sensitivities, debt modeling and equity waterfalls. I’m comfortable building models from scratch or taking over an existing model, reviewing the logic, cleaning it up, fixing issues, and making it easier to use. I also work directly with founders, executives, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and investors, so the analysis is built to support an actual decision rather than produce a spreadsheet.
