If it’s a MESS, I’ll FIX it ✨ If you want someone to build you a generic Notion dashboard, THAT’S NOT ME. BUT if you want to work with someone who'll be intentional about understanding how your business actually runs and can build systems that make the work easier for your whole team? Hi! My name is Elo, and I’m an Operations Manager & Notion Consultant. I help service businesses organize their operations, connect their workflows, and use AI to take repetitive work off their plates. I’ve delivered 150+ projects, but the goal has never been to build the most complicated workspace. It’s to build something people can open on a busy Monday and know exactly what to do. Let me be real about something. I know how frustrating it is to invest in a new system, explain your business to someone, and end up with a beautiful dashboard that your team barely uses. A few weeks later, everyone is back in scattered messages and spreadsheets, and you’re still the person holding it all together. That’s why I start by understanding how work moves through your business: what happens when a lead comes in, how a client gets onboarded, who owns each step, where information gets lost, and what your team keeps doing manually. Then I build around that. I’ve worked on Notion CRMs, client portals, project and task systems, SOP libraries, team dashboards, automations, and AI-powered workflows. I also walk clients and their teams through what I build, so they understand how to use it and why it works the way it does. Here are some problems I help solve: Projects live in one place, client information in another, and nobody knows which update is current. Your team keeps asking you questions that should already have clear answers. Onboarding, follow-ups, and project updates depend on someone remembering to do them. You’ve tried Notion before, but the workspace became one more thing to maintain. You want to use AI, but you need it connected to real work, not sitting in a separate chat window. My work includes: Operations audits and workflow design Operations and Business Executive Assistance Custom Notion workspaces for teams CRMs, client portals, and onboarding systems Connected project and task management SOP libraries and searchable knowledge bases Automations with tools like Make, Zapier, and n8n AI assistants and agents connected to your business processes Dashboards, reporting, team training, and ongoing optimization I don’t believe in building systems for the sake of having systems. Every database, automation, and AI workflow should solve a specific problem or save your team a step. My goal is simple: help you run a business where work is easier to find, easier to hand off, and less dependent on you remembering everything. If you run a service business and things are starting to feel harder to manage than they should, send me a message. Tell me what’s happening behind the scenes, and let’s figure out what needs fixing.
