ServeScale is a Kubernetes-native AI inference platform that lets teams deploy, scale, monitor, and benchmark LLMs on GPU infrastructure with vLLM, without managing inference servers or GPU scheduling themselves. I also build RAG systems on pgvector and multi-model gateways over AWS Bedrock with per-tenant cost caps. ➤ 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 Python 3.10+, FastAPI, Django, and Flask. I investigate incidents, identify root causes, and improve reliability. ➤ 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Analyze resource usage, right-size workloads, remove waste, and improve architecture. Reduced AWS costs by around 30% for a platform serving 1M+ users. On the Smartzees assistant platform I cut catalog search from 6,456ms to 8.2ms by replacing per-request database scans with an in-memory vector index, and traced a dead dependency that was silently adding 45 seconds to every page load. ➤ 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 Least-privilege IAM and RBAC, secrets in Vault or Secret Manager, non-root images, TLS and certificate automation, and infrastructure-as-code scanning with tfsec, Checkov, and gitleaks. Took a production platform from 33 open Checkov findings to zero for SOC 2 and pen-test readiness. ➤ 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 & 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 Support BigQuery, ETL/ELT pipelines, scheduled jobs, ingestion, and reporting issues. Reverse-engineered and migrated an Explo-based dashboard to a native presentation layer for a multi-brand franchise group, preserving the platform architecture while improving control and reducing third-party costs, then repaired the KPI accuracy, filtering, location mappings, and BigQuery reconciliation underneath it.
