Clio audit: for a Canadian enforcement firm, a read-only audit of 36 automations and 282 task templates found 125 silent failures, 5,147 open tasks against about 1,000 visible, and MFA off on every admin account. Delivered a 52-finding gap register. Clio architecture: for a 25-user US firm, designed the data architecture across 9 practice areas, 55 matter stages, 9 deadline chains on n8n, court email routing and SharePoint links. Clio Manage and Grow: for a PI firm, traced lost lead sources and a two-month attorney review bottleneck; designed source by source intake into Clio and a nightly reporting feed. Clio and QuickBooks: audited a two-currency billing integration (22-item risk register) and staged the fix from synthetic data to live.
