I Help CEOs Uncover What Their Employees Aren’t Telling Them (and Fix What’s Costing Them Talent & Performance) I work at the intersection of HR analytics, employee engagement, and workforce risk, helping organizations understand what their people data is really telling them and ensuring leaders can actually use it to make informed decisions. In my current work, I regularly interview and collaborate with CHROs and senior HR leaders across large, complex, and global organizations, including Fortune-level companies. Through structured interviews and data-based assessments, I help evaluate and certify workforce and engagement practices while gaining deep exposure to how leading organizations identify, monitor, and address people-related risk across industries. Alongside this, I play a hands-on role in shaping workforce data platforms and reporting experiences. I lead platform and report enhancements by translating executive and customer feedback into clear requirements and partnering closely with development teams to improve functionality, data clarity, and usability ensuring insights are practical, accessible, and aligned with real-world decision-making needs. Over the past eight years, I’ve partnered with executive and HR leadership teams to analyze employee listening data, engagement trends, attrition patterns, and compensation signals. This cross-organizational perspective allows me to recognize patterns, early warning indicators, and emerging best practices that are often difficult to see from within a single organization. Many people-related challenges are lagging indicators. By the time turnover increases, burnout surfaces, or cultural issues become visible, the cost — both financial and human — is already high. My focus is on surfacing early, decision-ready workforce risk signals that enable leaders to act proactively rather than reactively. My background includes designing end-to-end employee listening strategies, managing engagement survey cycles, advising senior leaders, and helping shape the tools and reports they rely on. I’m especially interested in work that sits upstream — strengthening leadership awareness, reducing organizational risk, and supporting thoughtful, data-informed action. I’m always open to thoughtful conversations around workforce risk, people analytics, employee listening strategies, and executive decision support.
