To shortly introduce myself, my name is Joshua and I have two years of experience working in the BPO Industry. Throughout the years, the company decided to promote me from being a Customer Service Representative into a Technical Support Agent in which I received recognition as one of the Top Technical Support last 2020. I also have two years of experience working as a Homebased Agent. I worked as a Real Estate Agent and a Technical Support in different kinds of company. I know all the aspects of the retail industry including taking inventory and merchandising. I’m being perceived as a friendly and approachable personality that puts customers at ease. Lastly, I’d like to emphasized my previous role as a Virtual Assistant in one of my US-Based Client which is being an Administrative Supervisor of a Private Attorney. Over the past six months of experience I have been responsible for handling a research team, court officials, and client’s customers. These experiences taught me the importance of establishing collaborative relationships and open line communication.
