Most founders I work with are sitting on more financial data than they know what to do with, but still can't answer basic questions like: where exactly are we losing money, how long does our cash last, and what do we actually need to fix first? That's the gap I fill. I'm a CFA charterholder with a Deputy CFO background, and I come in and build the financial clarity that lets founders make decisions with confidence rather than gut feel. At my previous client, I built the entire financial reporting function from scratch: unit economics, cash flow, break-even analysis, management reporting. Within the first month we'd cut significant monthly losses by identifying where the real cost and capacity problems were. Not by cutting blindly, but by understanding the numbers properly for the first time. What makes me different is that I also build in Python. So when I set up reporting or forecasting for a client, it doesn't have to be a manual process that someone updates every month. I can automate it. I've worked across banking, investment analytics, and operational finance.
