Started my IT career at helpdesk 8 years ago and for 4 years managed to learn on such a quick pase that i got promoted each year to a higher position, went from 1st line to junior 2nd line then complete 2nd line after that got promoted to junior Projects Engineer and after that 3rd line Senior engineer. Can help setup, troubleshoot, optimize or even monitor all above mentioned. The company where i have been working for is a MSP so I am very comfortable at multitasking and working on issue after issue on a daily basis.
