That’s where I add value. I’m a project manager with 10+ years of experience working on the client side with digital and communication agencies. I’ve been responsible for briefs, procurement, stakeholder management and delivery, giving me a clear understanding of how collaboration works on both sides. My sweet spot is the space where structure meets people: translating ideas into clear plans, keeping stakeholders aligned and making sure teams can focus on their work without unnecessary friction. Colleagues and clients appreciate my calm approach, clear communication and ability to spot risks early, often before they become real issues or impact delivery. In practice, this means I help prevent misalignment between stakeholders, agencies and execution, especially in projects where multiple interests and disciplines come together. Currently based between the Netherlands and Portugal - available for freelance or part-time assignments (24–32 hrs/week).
