I run the coordination layer - inbox, calendar, CRM, and the follow-up that decides whether things actually happen - and I also run ad accounts, write the copy that goes in them, and build the email that brings customers back. RECENT WORK - Meta ads for an Australian ecommerce brand: media buying, creative and weekly reporting. Since I took over, store sales are up 20% a month and orders up 19% on almost the same ad spend, and every ad dollar now returns 7.12 in store sales, up from 6.16. Over one five-week run ROAS climbed from 3.33 to 4.64. - Email for the same brand: moved the whole programme from Klaviyo to Omnisend and rebuilt nine flows, from welcome and cart recovery to replenishment and win-back. Email went from almost nothing to 8.2% of store revenue in two weeks, and returning customers grew from 38% to 42% of orders. A pre-order campaign to 13,400 subscribers opened at 27.4% and started sales the same morning. - Instagram and YouTube for a US healthcare founder: account audit, strategy and content playbook, ten long-form YouTube videos packaged with titles, chapters, captions and thumbnails, short-form cut from the long-form, and a second brand account launched from zero. - Investor outreach for three startup raises: 387 introductions that opened 14 investor conversations, two of which reached due diligence. - Executive support for CEOs: inbox and calendar, meeting prep, CRM hygiene, presentations and the follow-up.
