My career starts at TÜV Rheinland as test engineer in electrotechnical sector and lasted for 8 years going up to the team leader of the household products department. My technical background as well as customer portfolio have been developed in this field rapidly with trust and customer oriented approach. In Intertek, I became the country manager of the electrical and network assurance laboratory. Starting from zero to race for the top three in the Turkish market, I have continued the same principles of trust, quality and customer-oriented approach to create a high-tech laboratory and gain a remarkable market share. The role includes building-up a team and test facilities, monitoring and controlling KPIs, defining strategies for growth and setting targets for sales and personel performances. After my management role, I had decided to continue in Intertek as technical and management consultant for electrical business field. Now I have created my own technical consultancy company to help organizations to create and/or extend the capacity of their own laboratories and provide technical safety standard trainings online or face to face practical. With the skills and knowledge I've gained, I can be of a full training and development partner for each organization seeking to improve their test infrastructures and technical personel.
